What is the service?
Do you have patients for which you see collaborating with other practitioners as being valuable? Do you imagine creating a team for your patients that supports and enhances their health? Yellow Courtyard understands the benefits to patients when practitioners communicate. As a result, we have developed a service that will allow you to collaborate with other colleagues in determining the best course of treatment for your patients.

Yellow Courtyard will: 

• Manage all of the scheduling arrangements
• Organize and facilitate online and/or phone meetings using our latest proprietary technology
• Allow collaborating practitioners to view medical records online with patient's approval
• Provide patient medical record storage and managment free for 1 year

Benefits to you as a practitioner:

• The opportunity to better assist your patients
• The chance to network with other like-minded practitioners
• Ability to refer patients to each other
• 10% referral fee per patient
• The opportunity to collaborate without the difficulties of coordinating schedules
• Not necessary to be a Yellow Courtyard network practitioner to participate or refer patients

What is the cost to patients?
The cost is $495 fee plus compensation for each individual practitioner who participates in the collaboration (individual practice fee may vary).

What is the cost to the practitioner?
There is no cost for you. Rather you will receive a 10% share in the price of collaboration as the referring practitioner.
